From attendance to hiring, in one HR platform
In most companies attendance lives in one tool, payroll in Excel, tasks in a messenger and candidates in a separate spreadsheet. At month end somebody has to stitch it all together by hand. OneWork brings those processes into a single HRM system: from the moment someone is hired, their attendance, hours, pay, tasks and training are kept in one place.
What the HRM system covers
All of it runs in one account. There is nothing else to buy.
Attendance and hours
Arrivals and departures are recorded by a Face ID terminal or the mobile app. Lateness, early leaves and worked hours are calculated for you.
Payroll, penalties and bonuses
Pay is calculated from hours worked. Penalties, bonuses and advances are handled here too, with no separate spreadsheet.
Tasks and deadlines
Set a task, give it a deadline, and track its status on a Kanban board.
Leave and requests
Staff send leave or exit requests from the app, and managers approve them in the same place.
Hiring
Open a vacancy, run the candidate pipeline, and turn the chosen candidate into an employee with one click.
Learning centre
Build courses and quizzes for your staff, with a QR-code certificate at the end.
Roles and audit logs
Every user gets a role, and every action is written to a log.
Reports and Telegram
Daily, monthly and yearly reports are ready to use, and managers receive them in Telegram at the time you set.
How it differs from other HR platforms
Attendance is the foundation
In most HRM systems attendance is a bolt-on module. Here it is the base: Hikvision Face ID and GPS geofencing run in one system, so office and field staff are tracked together.
Keeps working offline
When the connection drops, data is stored on the device and uploads itself once the internet returns. No competitor advertises this.
Open pricing
The tariff is published on the site. No demo request needed before you can find out what it costs.
Eight languages
Interface and support in eight languages, which suits a multilingual workforce.
HR platform questions
- Is OneWork a full HRM system or just attendance software?
- Both. Attendance control is the foundation, with payroll, tasks, leave, training and hiring built on top. If you only need attendance, you can leave the rest switched off.
- Does it handle HR documents?
- The employee database, roles, leave and exit requests are all managed inside the system. Full electronic HR document workflow is not included yet.
- Can it connect to 1C or other accounting software?
- Reports can be exported and used. For a direct integration, talk to our team.
- Does it suit a small team?
- Yes. Pricing is based on headcount and the smallest plan covers 1 to 20 people. Branches are unlimited.

Every industry runs on its own schedule
A factory shift and an office day are not the same thing. A worker on a construction site never walks past a terminal, and a waiter changes over twice a day. Below is how OneWork is set up for each industry.
