Automate teacher and staff attendance

In schools and training centres the timetable changes daily and teachers arrive at different times. Keeping a paper register takes real time. OneWork records arrivals and departures and checks them against the schedule.

What gets in the way in education

  • The timetable keeps moving

Every teacher has their own hours, so a single company-wide working day does not apply.

  • The register is filled in by hand

Who arrived when is written on paper, and collecting it at month end drags on.

  • Classes start late

If a teacher is late, you only find out from a parent's complaint.

How OneWork handles it

  • A schedule per person

A teacher's class hours are set as their shift, and lateness is measured against them.

  • Face ID at the entrance

The terminal at the building entrance records arrival time. The teacher does nothing.

  • Several buildings

Branches are unlimited. Each building is visible on its own or in the combined report.

  • Reports for leadership

Daily and monthly attendance reports arrive in Telegram at the time you set.

A day at the training centre

  1. 08:30

First-shift teachers arrive and the time is recorded.

  2. 14:00

Afternoon groups start and a new shift opens.

  3. 19:00

The day closes and the list of late arrivals is ready.

How the rollout goes

  1. 01

    We map the need

We go through how education actually runs: shifts, branches, who works where.

  2. 02

    Device or app

We install the Face ID terminal, or set up the mobile app and its geofences.

  3. 03

    We set the rules

Shift times, lateness, penalties and bonuses are matched to how you already work.

  4. 04

    We go live

Staff are added, faces enrolled, and your team is shown how to use it.

Setup normally takes a day. The system runs in full for all 14 days of the free trial, and no card is required.

Education questions

Does each teacher get their own schedule?
Yes. Working hours are set per person and attendance is measured against them.
Does it track student attendance?
No. OneWork is built for staff attendance; a student register is not part of it.
We work across several buildings, how does that work?
Each building becomes its own branch, and it is recorded where the person checked in.
If the timetable changes, do we reconfigure?
You update that teacher's shift in the panel. It takes a few minutes and applies from the next day.
Are holidays and days off accounted for?
Non-working days are marked in the schedule and are not counted as lateness.
