Track field and warehouse staff with GPS

In logistics most of the team is not in an office but on the road or in a warehouse, where walking past a terminal is not an option. OneWork uses a geofence in the mobile app so check-in works on the move.

What gets in the way in logistics

  • People are never in one place

A driver or courier covers several addresses a day. Recording that with a terminal is impossible.

  • Warehouse and office are separate

A warehouse shift and an office day work differently, but the record has to live in one place.

  • Areas with no signal

Coverage drops on the road, and check-ins made in those moments are lost.

How OneWork handles it

  • Geofenced check-in

A geofence is drawn around the warehouse or the customer address. Check-in is only accepted inside it.

  • Works offline

With no signal the record is kept on the phone and uploads itself once the internet returns.

  • A terminal for the warehouse

A warehouse with a fixed workplace gets a Face ID terminal; field staff stay on the app.

  • Tasks and deadlines

Delivery tasks are set with a deadline and their status is tracked in the app.

A day in logistics

  1. 07:00

The warehouse shift checks in on the terminal.

  2. 10:30

A courier checks in through the app at the customer's address.

  3. 18:00

The signal returns and the records from the road upload.

How the rollout goes

  1. 01

    We map the need

We go through how logistics actually runs: shifts, branches, who works where.

  2. 02

    Device or app

We install the Face ID terminal, or set up the mobile app and its geofences.

  3. 03

    We set the rules

Shift times, lateness, penalties and bonuses are matched to how you already work.

  4. 04

    We go live

Staff are added, faces enrolled, and your team is shown how to use it.

Setup normally takes a day. The system runs in full for all 14 days of the free trial, and no card is required.

Logistics questions

Can someone check in outside the geofence?
That depends on your setup. You can make the geofence mandatory or switch it off.
Is the record lost without internet?
No. It is stored on the phone and uploads automatically once the signal is back.
Are warehouse and field staff in one account?
Yes. Both appear in the same panel; only the check-in method differs.
Can a driver check in at several addresses in a day?
Yes. Each address gets its own geofence and every check-in is recorded separately.
What if the phone battery dies?
The last recorded time is kept. Once the phone is back on, the stored records upload to the system.
