Run shifts and factory gates in one system
Manufacturing means many people, fast shift changes and more than one entrance. A paper log cannot keep up. OneWork connects the terminal on every gate to a single account and calculates hours per shift automatically.
What gets in the way on the floor
Shift changeovers get muddled
Between the day and night shift there is no exact record of who arrived when. Overtime turns into an argument.
Several entrances
Each gate keeps its own log, and the logs do not agree with each other.
The connection drops
Coverage across a production site is unreliable. When it drops, recording stops with it.
How OneWork handles it
Shift schedules
Each shift gets its own start and end time. Lateness and overtime are measured against that schedule.
Many terminals, one account
Hikvision terminals on every gate feed a single account. The records arrive as one stream.
Keeps working offline
When the connection drops, data is stored on the device and uploads itself once the internet returns.
Payroll and penalties
Pay by hours worked, penalties, bonuses and advances are all calculated inside the system.
A day at the factory
- 06:00
The first shift enters and records arrive from three terminals.
- 14:00
Shifts change over and worked hours close automatically.
- 22:00
The night shift starts and overtime is counted separately.
How the rollout goes
- 01
We map the need
We go through how manufacturing actually runs: shifts, branches, who works where.
- 02
Device or app
We install the Face ID terminal, or set up the mobile app and its geofences.
- 03
We set the rules
Shift times, lateness, penalties and bonuses are matched to how you already work.
- 04
We go live
Staff are added, faces enrolled, and your team is shown how to use it.
Setup normally takes a day. The system runs in full for all 14 days of the free trial, and no card is required.
Manufacturing questions
- How many terminals can we connect?
- There is no limit. You can put a separate device on every entrance.
- How are night shift hours calculated?
- You set the night shift window in the schedule, and the system splits the hours by it.
- Which Face ID devices are supported?
- Hikvision terminals are supported today. Other manufacturers are planned.
- What if one person works in two workshops?
- Each workshop runs as its own branch. Where the person checked in is recorded, and their hours go there.
- If a terminal fails, does tracking stop?
- No. Terminals on the other gates keep working, and staff can check in through the app in the meantime.
