See every store and shop assistant in one panel

As the number of branches grows, it stops being clear who is working where today. Each store keeps its own log and head office collects them at month end. OneWork connects every branch to one account and shows attendance in real time.

What gets in the way in retail

  • Branches are invisible

The manager at head office only finds out who is in a store by calling it.

  • Staff turn over quickly

Adding a new employee and removing the previous one is done by hand every time.

  • Opening time slips

If nobody is there when the store should open, you hear about it from a customer complaint.

How OneWork handles it

  • Unlimited branches

Each store is added as its own branch. View the report per store or combined.

  • Terminal or phone

A large store gets a Face ID terminal; in a small one the assistant checks in through the app inside a geofence.

  • Opening time control

A shift is set against the store's opening time, so a late start shows up immediately.

  • Roles and access

A store manager sees only their branch, head office sees all of them.

A day in the store

  1. 09:00

Assistants check in before the store opens.

  2. 15:00

The second shift arrives and the first one closes.

  3. 21:00

The daily report goes to head office over Telegram.

How the rollout goes

  1. 01

    We map the need

We go through how retail actually runs: shifts, branches, who works where.

  2. 02

    Device or app

We install the Face ID terminal, or set up the mobile app and its geofences.

  3. 03

    We set the rules

Shift times, lateness, penalties and bonuses are matched to how you already work.

  4. 04

    We go live

Staff are added, faces enrolled, and your team is shown how to use it.

Setup normally takes a day. The system runs in full for all 14 days of the free trial, and no card is required.

Retail questions

Does every store need a terminal?
No. In smaller stores the mobile app and a geofence are enough; terminals go only where you need them.
Is there an extra charge per branch?
Branches are unlimited. Pricing is based on the number of employees.
Can a store manager see another branch?
Only if you grant it. Roles decide what each person can see.
How are stocktake days counted?
A separate shift is set for those days. Hours beyond the usual are counted as overtime.
What if an assistant covers another branch?
They check in inside that branch's geofence, and the report shows which store they worked in.
